Even the biggest booster can only regenerate as much shield as your cap regenerates energy. There is no point in using an x-booster with PDUs.

The extra time you need to complete L4 missions mostly comes from the need to warp out and in again. Once you got a reliable tank you will be able to do L4 profitably. Of course, some extra damage never hurts (you ).

As far as i know 0.1 less system sec counts towards about 10 points extra quality. But Im not sure about that. LP and standing gain are the same. The formula is: standing_gain=(10-current_standing)*LP/100000
